Apakah saya perlu membuat akun?
Tidak. Aplikasi bisa langsung dipakai tanpa akun.

Di mana data saya disimpan?
Part, setup, riwayat, dan file GPX hanya ada di perangkat Anda. Kami tidak punya server dan tidak menerima data itu. Iklan dari Google AdMob mengirim data perangkat tertentu ke Google; rinciannya ada di Kebijakan Privasi.

Kenapa ada iklan, dan kenapa eksperimen dibatasi 5 per hari?
Aplikasi gratis dan dibiayai iklan. Setelah 5 eksperimen dalam sehari, Anda bisa menonton satu iklan untuk satu eksperimen tambahan (tanpa batas jumlah iklan), atau membeli Hapus iklan sekali saja untuk menghilangkan iklan dan batas harian. Hari dihitung menurut jam perangkat. Menjalankan ulang riwayat atau membatalkan simulasi tidak mengurangi jatah.

Saya sudah membeli Hapus iklan tetapi iklan muncul lagi.
Buka Pengaturan lalu ketuk Pulihkan pembelian, dengan akun Google yang sama dengan yang dipakai membeli. Perlu koneksi internet. Jika masih gagal, kirim email beserta bukti pembelian dari Google Play.

Iklan tidak muncul atau tombol "Tonton iklan" bilang iklan belum tersedia.
Periksa koneksi internet lalu coba lagi beberapa saat kemudian. Iklan kadang belum tersedia, terutama di awal. Semua fitur hitung tetap bisa dipakai tanpa internet.

Bisakah saya mengubah pilihan persetujuan iklan?
Di wilayah yang mewajibkan persetujuan (misalnya Eropa), buka Pengaturan > Pilihan privasi iklan. Anda juga bisa mereset ID iklan di pengaturan Android (Google > Iklan).

Apakah file GPX saya diunggah?
Tidak. File dibaca dan diproses di perangkat Anda saja, dan tidak pernah dikirim ke kami maupun ke penyedia iklan.

Kenapa hasil simulasi berbeda dengan perjalanan saya?
Hasil simulasi adalah perkiraan. Angin, permukaan jalan, berat, kondisi fisik, dan ukuran ban sebenarnya bisa membuat hasil nyata berbeda. Pastikan ukuran ban dan irama kayuh di pengaturan sesuai sepeda Anda.

Bagaimana memindahkan data ke ponsel baru?
Buka Setup saya, ketuk Ekspor semua, lalu kirim file JSON-nya ke ponsel baru (misalnya lewat email atau Drive). Di ponsel baru, buka Setup saya dan ketuk Impor dari file. Yang ikut pindah hanya setup; part dan riwayat eksperimen tidak. Aplikasi menonaktifkan cadangan otomatis Android, jadi data tidak pindah sendiri.

Bagaimana menghapus semua data?
Hapus data aplikasi di Pengaturan perangkat, atau copot aplikasi. Kami tidak punya salinannya, jadi data tidak bisa dipulihkan. Pembelian Hapus iklan tetap terikat pada akun Google Anda dan bisa dipulihkan.

Do I need an account?
No. The app works right away without one.

Where is my data stored?
Parts, setups, history and GPX files exist only on your device. We have no server and never receive them. Ads from Google AdMob send certain device data to Google; the details are in the Privacy Policy.

Why are there ads, and why is the daily limit 5 experiments?
The app is free and paid for by ads. After 5 experiments in a day you can watch one ad for one extra experiment (no limit on the number of ads), or buy Remove ads once to get rid of the ads and the daily limit. The day follows your device's clock. Reopening an entry from history or cancelling a simulation does not use up your allowance.

I bought Remove ads but ads came back.
Open Settings and tap Restore purchase, using the same Google account you bought with. It needs an internet connection. If that still fails, email us with the Google Play receipt.

No ad shows, or "Watch an ad" says no ad is available.
Check your internet connection and try again in a little while. Ads are sometimes not available, especially at first. Every calculation feature still works without internet.

Can I change my ad consent choice?
Where consent is required (for example Europe), open Settings > Ad privacy choices. You can also reset your advertising ID in Android settings (Google > Ads).

Are my GPX files uploaded?
No. They are read and processed on your device only, and never sent to us or to the ad provider.

Why does the simulation differ from my actual ride?
Simulations are estimates. Wind, road surface, weight, fitness, and actual tire size can all make real results differ. Check that tire size and cadence in settings match your bike.

How do I move my data to a new phone?
Open My setups, tap Export all, and send the JSON file to the new phone (for example by email or Drive). On the new phone, open My setups and tap Import from file. Only setups move; parts and experiment history do not. The app turns off Android's automatic backup, so data does not move by itself.

How do I delete all my data?
Clear the app's data in your device Settings, or uninstall the app. We hold no copy, so it cannot be recovered. The Remove ads purchase stays tied to your Google account and can be restored.
